   2 was Multi. The first double was 13-15 or any strong hand (ACBL defense #2). 2 was pass or correct. The second double is 18+. The ACBL defense does not include Lebensohl in this auction (why not?). [It turns out that the ACBL defense does include Lebensohl, but the note to that effect is not on the same page as the definition of this double. No one at the table realized this. Perhaps a footnote pointing to the comment is in order. --Jeff]
