Omelet Tips
Omelets are quite easy to make, but two tips move
them from good to great.
- Don't overbeat. There should be moderate pieces of unmixed white
in the egg mixture. This makes them fluffy.
- Cook them in garlic butter. Everyone loves garlic butter. Garlic
goes great with eggs. I have no idea why this isn't standard operating
procedure.
