This is a very useful movement for small clubs. It's taken from the Orange Book on movements, but I don't think it's original to them.

A variation for different numbers of boards posted on rec.games.bridge by Henk Uijterwaal:

For 20 boards: all sets contain 2 boards.
For 22 boards: put 3 boards in sets 2,3, and 6, and 1 in H.
For 24 boards: put 3 boards in sets 1,3,5 and 7.
For 26 boards: put 3 boards in sets 2,4,6,8,9,10.
For 28 boards: put 2 boards in sets 2,4 and 7, 4 boards in 8 and 3 boards in all other sets.
