Variant for The Great Brain Robbery
Depending on how the early rolls and card draws go,
Cheapass' The Great Brain Robbery can have
lots of different endgames. Some of those endings
are not particularly interesting. It's also pretty easy
to get knocked so far back early on that one does
not have much of a chance. To make it play more the
way I think the game was intended, and to shorten it
a little:
- Start each player with two experience points and
- Remove one of the cars from the game at random.
Also, dump the goofy rule that everyone fights
in combat. When a player lands in a square with
other players, he gets to choose his combat opponent
(if he wants any at all, of course). Attacker still
wins ties.
